In the event of cancellation of the lease by the tenant, the following amounts are to be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental period start or later: full rental price.

After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right) at the intersection, turn right and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg towards the dunes. About 400 meters after the roundabout, you will see the De Keizerskroon complex on the left side of the road (small red bridge).

Tolles Ferienhaus
und für 6 Personen mit Hund alles in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Vorab buchten wir für den Aufenthalt noch 4 Fahrräder, welche am Anreisetag schon am Haus standen, toller Service.
2 Minuspunkte möchten wir jedoch erwähnen: im Schlafzimmer EG war eine Matratze zum Bettrahmen zu groß und bei 6 Personen wäre eine 2. Waschgelegenheit und / oder WC sehr praktisch. Wir würden jedoch diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit Platz im und ums Haus.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem guten aber auch gebrauchten Zustand.
Im 1. Stock sind zwei Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten und sehr viel Platz! Super!!
Alle Betten sind Einzelbetten, also keine "echten" Doppelbetten, aber mit gutem Liegekomfort!
Die "gemütliche Sofaecke" hat Flecken! Sie müsste ausgetauscht werden. Sonst fanden wir die Ausstattung für eine Ferienwohnung gut. Es hat alles funktioniert.
Das Bad befindet sich in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand.
Die Angaben bzgl. der Entfernungen stimmen nicht! Strand/Wasser sind 2,3 km entfernt. Leider haben wir das bei der Buchung nicht geprüft und erst kurz vor der Reise festgestellt. Zu den Geschäften sind es auch 2,2 km.

Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Kommentar. Wir haben die Polsterung der Couch gewaschen, aber leider gehen die Flecken nicht ganz weg. Wir werden die Eigentümer versuchen ein neues Sofa zu kaufen.
Mit den abstand zum Strand haben Sie leider ein kleines Rechenfehler gemacht. Laut Google Maps ist der Abstand von Einkaufzentrum De Riepel bis der Strandaufgang 2,4 km, statt die 4,5 km die Sie beschreiben. Das Haus Keizerskroon 93 liegt im Julianadorp aan Zee, das ist üngefahr in der mitte ca 1 km. vom Strandaufgang.
