Bei unserer Ankunft am Samstag war es etwas voll, so dass uns die Leute an der Rezeption schnell das Haus zeigten und dann wieder durchgehen mussten. Ansonsten gut. Wir wussten nicht, dass die Klimaanlage separat bezahlt werden musste. Erst am Sonntag bekamen wir Fernbedienungen und zwei Klimaanlagen funktionierten nicht. Davor war Dienstag Mechaniker und alles wurde repariert. Deshalb haben sie die Kosten für die Klimaanlage nicht ordentlich weitergegeben.

Empfang an der Rezeption war ok. Sehr freundliche Leute, sehr hilfsbereit. Lage der Unterkunft war super. Weniger überfüllter Teil des Gardasees, im Grünen, nah an allem. Die Unterkunft selbst ist abgenutzt. Es war sauber, aber es muss dringend renoviert werden: Badezimmer und Küche müssen gepflegt werden. Küche nicht ausreichend mit Material versorgt: zu wenig Messer, Suche nach einer Servierschale, ... Vorhänge hängen zu kurz, ... Unsere Wohnung war über dem Restaurant und eine Nacht war stark belästigt durch Lärm, die anderen Nächte nicht ( Vielleicht die Leute informieren, wenn sie eine Party feiern?) Wenn die Wohnung renoviert wird, ist dies ein Gewinner.
