It is surrounded by a beautiful garden and offers a view of the sea. On the ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a bathroom, while on the first floor there are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each of which has its own terrace. Each room is air-conditioned and has SAT-TV. The terrace leading to the pool has its own kitchen with dishwasher and wine fridge. The 52m2 swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas offers a view of the garden. Parking is in front of the house in a fenced yard. A charging station for electric cars is also at your disposal (extra cost). Villa Nikolina will provide you with a complete atmosphere. Group of young people are not welcome.
