Description
The country road from Maruggio to the house leads you through a sea of old olive trees. The access road is through our 2 ha olive grove, which already invites you to a relaxed arrival at your special getaway. The house itself stands on a spacious plot of 6000 m2, which is completely enclosed by a natural stone wall.
Via a spacious terrace you enter the dining room with tasteful wooden furniture. From there you can reach the living room, bedroom, bathroom/toilet and kitchen in a circular path. The kitchen is openly connected to the dining room and has a door to the rear terrace. There you will find an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and access to the sunny roof terrace with sea view. There is a brick dining table with seating, and a sun awning provides pleasant shade.
The house is surrounded at the front and sides by an 80m2 wooden covered veranda. Regardless of the time of day, you will always find a shady spot here. Comfortable loungers, lounge furniture and an outdoor dining table offer you space for enjoyable meals, reading, chatting together or simply spending quality time together. In the evening, the house is illuminated all around, creating a romantic and homely atmosphere.

No cancellation fees will be charged if the cancellation is made at least 35 days before the start of the rental period.
For cancellations between 34 and 21 days before the start of the rental period, 10% of the total amount will be charged for administrative expenses.
For cancellations between 20 and 7 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
From the 6th day before the start of the rental period or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
There will be no re-imburesement in case of a early departure befor the end of the rental period.

Getting there
If arriving by car from the north or renting a car from Bari, take the motorway to Taranto, then take the country roads to Maruggio. From there, a narrow country road leads to the Cappella San Nicola del Ginocchio. From here, follow a gravelled road for about 500 m to the house.
If arriving by rental car from Brindisi, first drive to Maruggio, then continue as described above.

Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und absolut wunderbar.

Traumhafte Auszeit mitten im Olivenhain
Das Grundstück ist von einer Mauer umgeben, was für zusätzliche Privatsphäre sorgt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Dachterrasse. Perfekt, um morgens den ersten Kaffee oder abends bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet - ideal, wenn man gerne selber kocht! Traumhafte Strände sind in erreichbarer Nähe. Einzig die sanierungsbedürftigen Straßen abseits der Hauptstraßen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier braucht man etwas Gedult. Insgesamt ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen!

ruhig man hört nur Natur und doch nah an der nächsten Stadt und sehr nah zum Strand
eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche
tolle Terrassen mit besonderer Dachterrasse man fühlt sich gleich wohl wenn man das Tor zum Grundstück schließt und seinen Urlaub genießt

Urlaub für alle Sinne
Inmitten von einem tollen Olivenhain findet man ein geschmackvoll, perfekt ausgestattetes Haus. Ruhig gelegen, nahe schöner kleiner Dörfer und einem herrlichen Strand.
Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.
Alles war sehr sauber und perfekt vorbereitet.

Traumurlaub
Das Haus in der ruhigen Lage ist ein Traum.
Es hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet von hoher Qualität, gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Viele gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum verweilen ein und bieten perfekte Erholungsmöglichkeiten.
Der Empfang von der Hausverwaltung war sehr herzlich.
Die Umgebung mit den Olivenhainen, die kleinen Städtchen und das traumhafte Meer haben den Urlaub zu einem Traumurlaub gemacht.

Wir haben die herrlichen Tage in Casa Ulivo sehr genossen.
Abends haben wir oft ein Glas Wein auf der oberen Terrasse getrunken, den Zikaden gelauscht und über die mächtigen Olivenbäume hinweg in Richtung Meer geschaut.
Ein komfortabler, moderner Ort inmitten uralter Olivenhaine - da kann die Seele zur Ruhe kommen.
