Our fully equipped holiday home offers four rooms with six beds , a kitchen , and two bathrooms . Since the entire property is fenced, you are welcome to bring your dog. The fence also ensures that even small children can play safely in the large garden.
In addition, the holiday home naturally has a washing machine and sufficient facilities for drying your laundry.
On the large terrace , a sheltered corner invites you to linger, where you can also enjoy lovely barbecue evenings . The property covers a total of 1,300 m². To make the most of your holiday, parasols , garden chairs, and deck chairs are also available.

Cancellation policy
The deposit is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining amount must be received in our account 14 days before the start of the rental period. The price is based on the number of nights. The prices include additional costs (electricity, water, gas, etc.). A final cleaning fee of €60 is payable to the administration upon arrival. A security deposit of €100 will be refunded immediately provided the house and garden are not dirty or damaged. The tourist tax (March 15th - October 31st) is charged separately. The rental unit may only be used by the number of people confirmed by us. Pets are permitted by arrangement. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels must be brought along or can be rented on site. The tenant is liable for any damage to the inventory.
In case of cancellation, 80% of the agreed price will be charged, unless the holiday home is occupied by another guest during the specified reservation period. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended!
