Holiday house No title in Nordstrand, Schleswig-Holstein

This thatched property in a picturesque, secluded location on the Nordstrand peninsula is just a few meters' walk from the North Sea and impresses with its wonderfully rustic, Frisian charm paired with a highly modern interior.
In 2023, the holiday home was lovingly renovated to a high standard and has since then shone in Scandinavian-Frisian chic with top equipment. This unique oasis of well-being in a dike location impresses with a total of 90m2 of living space on two levels.
On the approx. 1000m2 property with a wonderful garden and unrestricted field view, beach chairs and sun loungers invite you to linger. Absolute peace and pure nature let the stress of everyday life disappear and ensure relaxation in an extraordinary environment.

After entering through the Frisian, dove-blue Klönschnack door, the view opens up to the open, bright and modern-hyggelig entrance, living and dining area with chic, gray concrete floor, modern kitchenette, fireplace, comfortable sofa with chaise longue and a 65-inch QLED Smart TV (including Netflix and Amazon).

Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with a beautiful shower cubicle in white metro tiles, terrazzo floor and a generous mirror surface.

The wooden staircase located centrally in the room leads to the fully developed roof structure with an open gallery area and two cozy bedrooms with large double beds (180x200cm).

The sun deck/terrace directly adjacent to the living area has a dining table for up to 6 people and a large, shady 3-meter parasol. The terrace and garden area invite two- and four-legged friends to linger: thanks to the south-facing position, you can enjoy the sun there until it sets. A beach chair facing the field - with a view of the sunset, a sun lounger and sun chairs as well as a barbecue station with a high-quality Rösle gas grill round off the perfect holiday day.

House rules / Important
- No parties
- Up to 2 dogs are welcome
- The garden is completely fenced in, but curious small dogs in particular can get under the fence if necessary
- The house has a steep staircase without a barrier. It is therefore only suitable to a limited extent for small children or people with walking difficulties.
- Toilet paper, soap, washing-up liquid/tabs, vinegar & oil, salt & pepper and mineral water (via soda maker) are included in the rental price
- Due to weather conditions, the garden furniture is only available from the beginning of April to the beginning of October
- Garden and property maintenance work (e.g. mowing the lawn) must generally be tolerated during the stay and will be announced in advance if possible
