Description
From our own property you can swim directly in the Ijsselmeer or take off in a canoe. The house is situated on a small island with a total of 40 houses and a very nice restaurant, connected to the mainland by a bridge.
The house has two large terraces with seating and barbecue: one in front facing the marina and one in the back facing the Ijsselmeer. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet!
On the ground floor you will find a large open area with living room, dining room and kitchen, a guest toilet and the entrance area. The kitchen is excellently equipped with everything you need for cooking. The living room invites you to linger with a large corner sofa made of genuine leather, a 75-inch LED TV and a music system. From here you can watch the passing boats. A staircase leads to the second floor with 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people. Two of the bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and the third, somewhat smaller bedroom contains 2 single beds. All rooms have wardrobes with sufficient storage space for personal belongings.
An absolute highlight is the bathroom with a glass sauna overlooking the water and a ground-level shower.

If the booking is cancelled earlier than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental amount, at least € 150.00, must be paid. If the booking is cancelled within the 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the entire rental amount must be paid.

Totale Erholung im oceanhouse
Das Wetter hat mitgespielt und das Haus ist eine Oase zum Entspannen.
Die Schiffe, das Wasser und die Natur strahlen eine unglaubliche Ruhe aus.
Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und es ist top ausgestattet. Wir waren nur zu zweit dort, aber auch für mehrere Personen ist genügend Geschirr etc vorhanden.
Viele Dinge haben wir gar nicht genutzt, wie z.b Grill ,Kanu, Sauna und Kamin, wegen des guten Wetters .
Wir haben mit den Fahrrädern die Gegend erkundet, was wirklich lohnenswert ist.
Medemblik und Enkhuizen sind bezaubernd.
Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder vor Ort sein dürfen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei der Familie Tressat.

Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren top.
Aussenbereich lädt zum Entspannen und relaxen ein. Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam, man hätte das Haus nicht verlassen müssen .
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
