The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the tenant does not name a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that another rental is not possible:

up to 45 days before the start of the rental period = 50% of the rental price,
up to 14 days before the start of the rental period = 75% of the rental price,
otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) = 100% of the rental price
You can rebook to another period (assuming the price is equivalent) free of charge if an event such as border closures, travel warnings, or quarantine obligations occurs. This must be published on the website of the country of travel.

Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Strandurlaub an der Nordsee
Hervorzuheben ist, dass der Strand auch mit Ausrüstung wirklich gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist (ca. 20min). Die Strandzugänge 4 und 5 sind dabei ungefähr gleich weit, so dass man sich den aussuchen kann, der einem besser gefällt. Außerdem ist "sehr breiter Strand" absolut nicht übertrieben. Daher kann man auch an schönen Tagen in der Hauptsaison seine Ruhe haben, wenn man das möchte.
Selbst nach unserem Aufenthalt waren uns der Vermieter und die sehr nette niederländische Objektbetreuerin (spricht sehr gut Deutsch) dabei behilflich, unser vergessenes Kuscheltier wieder zu bekommen: Service, der über das Normale weit hinausgeht!

Für uns als Familie ist es die perfekte Unterkunft in Dangast:
+ liegt in einem verkehrsberühigten Bereich
+ Spielplatz direkt ums Eck
+ perfekt und fußläufig gelegen zwischen Kurhaus-Strand und Hauptstrand (mit Bäckerei Fröllje für Frühstücksbrötchen)
Die Unterkunft selbst war bei Ankunft stets gründlich gereinigt und ist mordern und zeitgemäß eingerichtet.
Ein großer Vorteil sind aus unserer Sicht die Rollläden in den Schlafzimmer sowie die Fliegengitter an allen Schlafzimmerfenstern.
Auch für Kinder hat das Haus Interessantes zu bieten: Ein Bücherregal voll mit Bilderbüchern bis Jugendroman, eine PS4 & Brettspiele.
