Cancellation policy
(1) If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible. Cancellation / termination conditions:
In case of withdrawal up to 60 days before the occupancy begins 0% of the rental price
From the 59th day to the 30th day before the occupancy begins 50% of the rental price
From the 29th day to the day of occupancy beginning and in case of no-show without a declaration of withdrawal 90% of the rental price.
In deviation from the regular cancellation policy, in the event of a Covid-19 travel warning for France, a quarantine obligation upon return to Germany, or a Covid curfew in France or Germany at the time of the trip according to this contract, the tenant can cancel the booking free of charge. This also applies in the event of a short-term cancellation if circumstances change at short notice. In this case, the landlord will refund 100% of the payments to the tenant within 2 weeks after the cancellation date.
(2) The tenant can prove less damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

In April and May, it's beautiful here: the days are already longer, and spring awakens nature... Often, it's almost like summer!
September and October are also very nice!!! Long bright days and pleasant temperatures!! Often, you can swim in the sea almost until the end of October!!
Even in winter, you can discover our beautiful region. In Brittany, there's no snow or frost in winter, and it's never cold. The house has good heating and is very well insulated.
Getting there
In Ploubazlanec, turn right at the traffic light, towards Pors Even/Perros Hamon
about 800 m and you will come across the Perros Hamon chapel
To the left of the chapel, take the road between the chapel and the tavern, Rue du Huitel
The road "Rue du Rance" is the second on the right
600 m further, you will find the wooden house on your right.
The key handover takes place on-site at the holiday home.
I will personally be there for your arrival and departure.

Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten schöne Ausflüge machen. Unser sehr netter Vermieter hat uns viele Anregungen zu verschiedenen Ausflügen gegeben.
Ploubazlanec ist ein schönes Dorf mit Bäcker, Metzger und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Am Sonntag ist immer ein kleiner netter Markt im Dorf. Ganz besonders fanden wir die Geschichte mit den Islandfischern die eng mit dem Dorf verknüpft ist.

Das Haus selbst ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht.
Erwähnenswert ist der unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, der ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht. Er gab uns wertvolle Tipps für nahegelegene Ausflugsziele. Er gab uns das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem und sorgen für eine erholsame Nachtruhe. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig, und die Küche ist reichhaltig mit allem ausgestattet.
Dieses Ferienhaus hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir können es jedem empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ploubazlanec in der Bretagne verbringen möchte.

Ein Steinstrand ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt, mit dem Fahrrad kann man einen schönen Sandstrand in ca. 20 Minuten erreichen.
