Holiday home with hot tub and unique, quiet location in a small clearing in Hemmet Strand. The beach is only a 4-minute walk from the holiday home along forest paths. The holiday home has a separate parents' section with a master bedroom with its own TV and a children's section. Good kitchen with all modern facilities. The conservatory is fully integrated into the house and has fantastic light and a 180-degree view of the garden. From the holiday home's living room, terrace and master bedroom, you can enjoy the magnificent natural surroundings in complete privacy. The many trees on the property give the house a very special atmosphere, where squirrels and hares also feel at home. The holiday home is registered with Svøm og Leg, which provides free access to nine swimming pools. Not available for hire by youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
