Cancellation policy
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 30%. The remaining payment is only made when you move in (in cash, by EC or credit card: Visa or Mastercard) - unless you would like to withdraw from the trip.
In this case, the following conditions apply:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, from the 29th to the 15th day before the arrival date, keep the 30% deposit of the rental price (i.e. the deposit paid is non-refundable), from the 14th to the 8th day before the Arrival date will be charged a further 20% of the rental price (ie a total of 50%).
In the event of later cancellation or no-show or early departure, the total rental fee (= 100%) and payment of all services used will be required.
Covid clause: If the booking is canceled for reasons that can be traced back to the Covid pandemic (travel ban by the responsible governments or, in the event of illness, upon presentation of a medical certificate), the payment due will be converted into a voucher that will be issued within the following 12 Months can be used.

Nett, aber fernab von vielen Sehenswürigkeiten
Bad/Dusche einwandfrei, Duschvorhang zu klein, Duschvorleger fehlt. Freundlicher Empfang.
Schlafzimmer eng aber einwandfrei.
Terrassen toll, die schönste (Dach) ohne Stühle, Tisch, Licht und Sonnenschirm.
Küche: keine kleinen Küchenmesser, kein gutes Fleischmesser, keine Müslischalen, keine Vorratsdosen, Wender und Rührlöffel, keine Filterkaffeemaschine, keine Topflappen, Griffe Gaskochtöpfe nicht isoliert, beschichtete Bratpfannen völlig zerkratzt (kanzerogen!), unpassende Deckel, Luftabzug funktioniert nicht und Abdeckung fehlt.
Sportplätze und Anlageneinfahrt in schlechtem Zustand.
Infomappe fehlt. Entsorgung umweltbewusst, aber umständlich. Gut wäre zentraler Entsorgungsplatz.

Wir haben unsere Ferienhäuser so konzipiert, dass eine Terasse im Schatten liegt und eine weitere unter dem freien Himmel, welche das ungestörte Sonnenbaden ermöglicht. Liegen und Sonnenschirme können auf Anfrage gestellt werden. Wir beherbergen oftmals Gruppen und befreundete Familien. Aus diesem Grund können während der Saison die Küchenutensilien von einer zur anderen Unterkunft "wandern". Wir hätten alle genannten Utensilien ersetzen oder hinzufügen können. Wir informieren schon auf unserer Internetseite und weisen auch unsere Gäste vor Ort auf diese Möglichkeit hin. Auch bei technischen Problemen können wir mit unseren Technikern umgehend intervenieren. Es wäre sehr einfach gewesen, unseren Gästen zu helfen. Wenn der Dialog fehlt, kann man leicht zu falschen Schlüssen gelangen. Der Gast hat einen Feldweg als Zugang genutzt und nicht den offiziellen, asphaltieren Eingang. Unsere Ferienhäuser sind sehr zentral gelegen und nahe zu zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten: lokaler Sandstrand 200 m, San Pietro a Mare 3 km, Lagune/Naturschutzgebiet/Wassersportgebiet La Foce 3 km, Monte Ossoni (Wandergebiet mit Panoramablick nach Korsika) 3 km, Domus de Janas (Feenhäuser) in Sedini 5 km, Thermalquellen von Casteldoria 12 km, Museum Viddalba 12 km, Museum Perfugas 20 km, versteinerte Bäume 12 km, Elefantenstein, 8 km, Nurraghe Eni 7 km, Mittelalterlisches Stadtzentrum Castelsardo 14 km (plus Kathedrale, lokale Museen, ...), Yacht- und Fischerhäfen von Castelsardo und Isola Rosa 14 bzw. 18 km, Ponte Romano in Porto Torres 45 km, Sassari 45 km, Alghero 85 km,... Die Liste der nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist noch länger. Die Bocciaanlage und der Beach-Volleyballplatz sind in optimalem Zustand. Wir stehen unseren Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Vor allem möchten wir gewährleisten, dass der Urlaub zur vollen Zufriedenheit verläuft.
Die Müllentsorgung liegt nicht in unserer Hand. Diese wird von der Gemeinde organisiert. Trotzdem haben wir neben unserer Rezeption eine zentrale Entsorgungsstelle erstellt.
Toller Urlaub am Meer in sehr schönem Ambiente
Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Auf kurzen Wegen konnte man Sandstrand, Restaurants und Geschäfte erreichen. Die Kanufahrt auf dem Flüsschen Coghinas ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp.
