You have a cosy living room with open kitchen and dining area, two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with ground-level shower. The covered terrace and the 1,500 sqm plot with lounge seating area, sun loungers and barbecue invite you to relax and enjoy the southern ambience in one of France's most famous wine-growing regions.

Bédarrides is a large circular village and is situated on the banks of the river Ouvèze, where picnic areas have been set up. The nearby village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape spreads out at the foot of its fortress. Overlooking the 3,000 hectares of vineyards, you will get a taste of its famous wine here! Discover this beautiful wine-growing region with other famous wine appellations such as Vacqueyras, Beaumes-de-Venise, Gigondas at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. In a few minutes you can reach a water park and a supervised lake in Monteux, where various sports activities such as canoeing, paddle, pedal boat, fitness can be practised.

Freundliche Eigentümer reagieren schnell auf Fragen der Gäste.
Bei Temperaturen von 38 °C ist es schön, in einem bereits abgekühlten Haus anzukommen.
WLAN und Internet sind weiterhin ein Problem. Kann Belvilla helfen, indem es einen globalen Vertrag mit dem Anbieter aushandelt?

Der Boden der Duschwanne ist rutschig. Das ist sehr gefährlich. Wir haben das auch an anderen Standorten gesehen.
Eine einfache Übergangslösung kann bereitgestellt werden: ein genoppter Teppich aus flexiblem, transparentem Kunststoff.
Viele Kleinigkeiten verhindern die Nutzung des Raumes.

Kleines Ferienhaus, aber gut durchdacht und komplett ausgestattet. Schöner, großer, schattiger Garten. Die gastfreundlichen Eigentümer stellten uns bei der Ankunft einen gefüllten Kühlschrank zur Verfügung und beantworteten unsere Fragen umgehend. Ansonsten blieben sie unter sich und sorgten für absolute Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist günstig für Besuche in Städten wie Orange und Avignon, allerdings ist die Autobahn deutlich hörbar.

Tolles Ferienhaus, schöne Veranda, großer privater Garten und Parkplatz. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Und in der Nähe der A7, um Orangen Avignon zu besuchen. großartige Ferien
