With written notice to the landlord, the tenant may withdraw from the lease before the start of the rental period. The relevant date is when the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the lease, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Withdrawal 45 to 35 days before the start of the rental period 45% of the agreed rental amount
Withdrawal 34 to 22 days before the start of the rental period 70% of the agreed rental amount
Withdrawal 21 to 11 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the agreed rental amount
Withdrawal 10 to 1 day before the start of the rental period 90% of the agreed rental amount
If the tenant does not show up without a written cancellation, 100% of the agreed rental price will be charged.
The landlord is entitled to terminate the contract before or during the rental period without notice if the tenant, after being reminded, fails to make the agreed payments on the agreed date or otherwise behaves in such a way that continuation of the contract is unreasonable for the landlord. In this case, the landlord may demand compensation from the tenant for the expenses incurred up to the termination and for lost profits.

Gemütliches, großzügiges Ferienhaus mit allem, was man sich wünscht
Wir waren sehr begeistert von der umfangreichen Ausstattung und gemütlichen, liebevoll gestalteten Einrichtung und haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Steg mit der Lounge-Garnitur. Sowohl bei gutem als auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man im Haus und im Garten eine gute Zeit verbringen und auch als Familie mit Kind und Großeltern war das Haus ausreichend groß.
Ebenso der unkomplizierte Check-In/Check-Out Prozess hat einen entspannten Urlaub ermöglicht. Wir empfehlen das Sunhouse Makkum Beach von Herzen weiter!
