If you are arriving by car via the A9 - exit Leibnitz - go straight for 4.5 km over 3 roundabouts, continue on Sulmtalstraße until you reach Sulmsee - turn left - 450 m over the Sulm bridge onto Seggauberg - take the second street on the right - 30 m to the driveway - turn right - you have arrived at Karin's Holiday Apartments on Seggauberg.

gute Erholung in schöner Umgebung
Wenn man als Paar lieber für sich sein möchte, dann ist das "Steirerhaus mit Balkon" ideal! Der Balkon ist gut überdacht, so dass wir im Sommer (Hitzewelle!) morgens und abends sehr angenehm dort sitzen konnte, für die Mittagszeit stand zusätzlich ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung, es gibt einen Ventilator und die Fenster haben alle Rollos.
Es freut uns sehr wenn liebe Gäste eine schöne Zeit hatten und sich im Ferienhof wohl fühlten.
