Holiday house Up to 5 people near Pisa with private pool in Buti PI, Tuscany

The charming natural stone house from the 17th century has been lovingly restored and renovated in the Tuscan tradition and is furnished with tasteful period furniture. The ambience of bygone times has been preserved, but at the same time it is equipped with all modern comforts.

The holiday home is in an absolutely secluded location at an altitude of 300 meters between Lucca and Pisa and offers a fantastic panoramic view of the medieval town of Buti, surrounded by green olive terraces and lush forests.

What is particularly attractive is the proximity to the child-friendly white beaches of Versilia and the exclusive seaside resorts of Viareggio and Tirrenia. A visit to the Torre Del Lago Puccini is highly recommended, a “must” for all opera enthusiasts.

Bird watchers and nature lovers will get their money's worth in the nearby Migliarino San Rossore Natural Park.

Interior:

The old two-story farmhouse is the ideal place for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in a private atmosphere. With 150 m², it offers plenty of space for 6+2 people in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining room with an antique fireplace and direct access to the shaded terrace, a living/bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor there is a double room with its own toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a single room and a bathroom with shower.


Outdoor area:

Guests will find plenty of peace and relaxation in the well-kept, large, terraced garden (1000 m²). Here you will also find the private swimming pool (10x4 m; 0.30-1.45 m deep) and the lounge area with its fantastic view of the valley and the surrounding hills covered with olive trees.

Directly at the house in front of the dining room there is a large, shady panoramic terrace with a pergola overgrown with wild vine. Here, guests can sit together comfortably and enjoy meals outdoors, which they have previously prepared on the grill or in the pizza oven.
Access

The country house can be reached via a rural road, it is only partially asphalted, but can be driven on with a normal car. Not suitable for lowered vehicles.

There are 2 private parking spaces on site.

You book the holiday home, the garden and the pool completely alone. No other people live on the property.
