Villa Santa Maria is a relaxing country estate, set in beautiful surroundings, offering a warm and welcoming oasis for up to 10 guests. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fantastic swimming pool, picturesque gardens and an excellent location on the outskirts of Santa Maria, within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants, although you may hear some noise from cars on the road. The finca, which is beautifully presented, has plenty of traditional features with rustic charm and includes a guest house, high ceilings with wooden beams, bright rooms, fireplaces and central heating, it is an ideal all year round holiday option for large families or groups. Inside you will find a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, armchairs and several seating areas, including a cosy corner with its own fireplace, where you can curl up with a book. There is a kitchen with breakfast area, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, and a more formal dining room where you can enjoy dinner together. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It includes a separate guest house which could be used by those who wish for a little more privacy, and has its own living area, open plan kitchen, a fireplace and air conditioning. Outside, the finca enjoys the utmost privacy with tall mature trees surrounding the grounds, attractive native plants and palm trees adding a tropical touch. The finca has a barbecue area, many terraces where you can relax and dine al fresco, and a large swimming pool surrounded by lawned gardens. Since 1 January 2016, the Balearic government requires a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at check in, prices vary according to length of stay and season (Low or High). This tax applies to travellers over 16 years of age. The rate in high season (from April to October included) will be: 2.20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1.10€ per day per adult for the rest. All these amounts are halved in each case from 1 November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October, which establishes the documentary registration and information obligations of natural or legal persons who carry out accommodation and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle hire activities included in the scope of application of this regulation shall collect the details of the users of the same in order to proceed with the registration and communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this Royal Decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of the accommodation services shall be signed by all persons over fourteen years of age who use them, in accordance with the system and model to be established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their details shall be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. The clients will receive the Link from the host in order to register all the members who are going to stay in the holiday rental properties. This process is very simple and quick and failure to comply with this legal requirement may result in the breach of the previous contract making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.
