Il Poggiarone is a splendid farmhouse with typical Tuscan architectural features, set in an extremely panoramic position and the ideal destination for those who are looking for a holiday which is a mix of art, history and nature. The beautiful villa is near the owner's house and part of a farm which stretches for many hectares in the hills of Montepulciano. Montepulciano and its renowned wines. The surrounding area is not only famous for its production of fine wines such as Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino, but also for the presence of many important towns of historical and noble origins. Montepulciano is only a few kilometers from the house. It is considered the Pearl of the 1500's and with its buildings and churches is the highest expression of Renaissance architecture. The villa suitable for disabled, the external equipped spaces and the pool. All around the villa a nice garden equipped with table and chairs, a children's play area, and a nice fenced swimming pool (6 x 12 m. - depth 1,50 - 1,80 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September).
