Description

The charming detached Villa Manerba with private pool is located close to the center and just a 10-minute walk from Lake Garda. The bright and friendly holiday home is equipped with every comfort, including internet connection and TV, and air conditioning is available in all rooms. The 80 m² living space is all on one level, with a shower, bathroom, bedroom, children's room, and a living area with kitchen, making it accessible without barriers. The property includes a large private outdoor area, with a large pool, 2 terraces with seating groups, sun loungers, a gas grill, and 2 parking spaces within the grounds. The lawns are made of artificial grass to keep water usage as low as possible.

The house consists of 2 semi-detached halves, one is available for rent, while the other is occupied by the owner's family themselves. The owner's family lives in Germany. During the rental period, guests will have the complete outdoor area to themselves, as the landlord will not be present.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, super gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Auch die Außenanlage ist einfach traumhaft, ruhig gelegen und der große Pool macht den Urlaub perfekt.
Wir wurden von den netten Vermietern herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung der Buchung hat hervorragend funktioniert.
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Wir sind sehr herzlich von dem Ehepaar Giangrasso bei unserer Anreise im Empfang genommen wurden inkl. Begrüßungsgeschenk mit Olivenöl und Wein, sodass wir uns gleich sehr wohl fühlten. Die Innenausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar frischer Kaffee, mehr als genügend Handtücher (auch für den Pool), Reinigungs-und Waschutensilien, Mülltüten, usw. standen uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Das große, sehr gepflegte Grundstück samt großem, sehr sauberen Pool und Gartenmöbeln (auch Liegen) hat unseren Urlaubsaufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen, vor allem auch für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern. Vor allem möchten wir aber den sehr netten Kontakt mit Familie Giangrasso hervorheben. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und bedanken herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft!

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Es ist liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, zudem ist es sehr sauber. Handtücher waren sogar doppelt vorhanden, es fehlte uns an nichts.
Der Garten bietet viel Platz zum Rennen und Spielen - die Kinder konnten jederzeit raus zum Toben.
Die Vermieter sind viel mehr als das. Es sind Gastgeber, von denen wir uns wohl umsorgt fühlten. Gerade unter den gegebenen Umständen, waren wir deren Entgegenkommen sehr dankbar. Sehr gerne wieder!
