From the “grande raccordo anulare" of Rome take the exit
n.26 (ss 148 Pontina) towards Latina direction, then road SS 207 Nettunense towards Anzio. After turn on “Via del cavallo morto” towards Lido dei Pini until you reach the coastal road Ardeatina. Take your right and after 1 km you'll find Lido dei Pini.

Es ist ein tolles Haus mit einem einmaligen Zugang zum Strand. Die Terrasse lädt zu entspannten Abenden ein. Alles ist auf Gemütlichkeit und Wohlfühlen ausgerichtet. Angenehm überrascht waren wir, dass das Haus auch über eine Waschmaschine verfügt.
Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern Christian und Camilla lief einwandfrei, schnell und sehr freundlich.
Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus, welches bestens ausgestattet ist. Hier mangelt es an absolut nichts!
Toller sauberer Strand, Urlaubsfeeling pur. Camilla&Christian sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zwei Familien und es war ein fantastischer Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen (es ist noch besser aus als auf den Bildern!), bietet viel Platz und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber Camilla und Christian sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, angefangen von hilfreichen Tipps bis hin zur extra Anfahrt für praktische Hilfe (Herzlichen Dank noch einmal, Christian!). Wir haben Ausflüge nach Rom unternommen, dazwischen Ruhetage am Meer verbracht. Selbst im Oktober war es sehr warm, auch die Wassertemperatur war gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Nur in den Nächten wurde es kalt, so dass wir die bereitgelegten Decken gern genutzt haben (das Haus ist eigentlich als Sommerhaus gedacht). Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Vielen Dank, Camilla und Christian, und viele Grüße!

Großes Haus in Toplage mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, super Terrasse schön möbliert, direkter Zugang zum Strand , traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge, abgeschlossenes Grundstück, sehr freundliche Einweisung am Anreisetag, sehr nette Vermieter - die Nähe zur beeindruckenden Stadt Rom macht es zum unvergessenem Erlebnis. Alles in allem für uns ein perfekter erster Urlaub in Italien! Vielen Dank an Camilla & Christian und herzliche Grüße aus Deutschland
