Description

Villa Strandkorb is located in the Golf & Beach Resort Ooghduyne, one of the most beautiful parks in North Holland, situated in a quiet spot as an edge property right behind the dunes. The house offers you a living space of 135 sqm. On the ground floor, there is a large bright bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a Sunshower (showering and tanning or red light at the same time!) and a Finnish sauna. Pure wellness! The separate toilet is right next to the bathroom. The bathroom is opposite a bedroom that is equipped with a large wardrobe and a high-quality comfortable box spring bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with reading lamps, a safe, a dressing table with a mirror, and a flat-screen TV. From the hallway, you enter the spacious bright living and dining area. The open gable in the room creates a very special atmosphere. The open kitchen adjoins a cozy dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, from cutlery, dishes, sufficient pans and pots, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster everything is provided for you. The living room has a large high-quality leather couch, a fireplace, and a modern TV. From the living room, you come to the covered terrace. There you can also enjoy your holiday in the evening on the cozy lounge. A separate dining group with surrounding glass windbreak adjoins the terrace. A separate barbecue area with a stone grill and a seating group invites you to cozy barbecue evenings. The garden is beautifully landscaped and not visible. A staircase leads you to the gallery where a fitness bike is located. From there you come to the bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a bed 1.80 x 2.00m with luxury mattresses, and reading lamps. The other bedroom has two single beds 0.90m x 2.00m, there is also a flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a single bed 0.90m x 2.00m. The bathroom has natural light and also a walk-in shower (new 02/2020).

If you cancel the booking more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental amount, but at least €130.00, is to be paid. If you withdraw within 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the entire rental amount is due. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Haben unseren Kurzurlaub in der Villa Strandkorb verbracht. Wir waren gleich begeistert beim Betreten des Hauses. Das Wohnzimmer war total schön und liebevoll dekoriert und schön groß. Das große Hundekissen von unserem Hund fand überall Platz. Da wir nur zwei Personen waren reichte uns das Erdgeschoß zum Wohnen. Leider war das Wetter sehr kühl so das wir die schönen Terrassenmöbel nicht nutzen konnten. Für unseren Hund war es prima das der Garten komplett eingezäunt war. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub werden wir uns gerne wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 1 Baby und 1 Hund, dafür ist das Haus von der Größe optimal. Gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten und Sitzmöbel, haben uns alle wohl gefühlt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Schlafzimmer keine Verdunklungsvorhänge haben. Ansonsten fehlt es an nichts. Auch die Lage ist gut, vom Haus aus ist der Strand zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort reichlich vorhanden. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Liebe Frau Knickenberg.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir sind angekommen, haben ihr Haus betreten und uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Fernseher ist der Hammer.
Die Anlage in der ihr Haus steht ist sehr gepflegt und man kann dort, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so toll ist eine schöne Runde mit dem Hund gehen.
Die Gegend , die schönen Strände und Strandbuden haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Ich bedanke mich auch bei Ihnen für den überaus netten Kontakt, ob per Mail oder per Telefon.
Ich freue mich schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Villa Strandkorb.
