Located in a beautiful setting adjacent to the De Oosterschelde National Park, this charming and modern double holiday home features a sunny southwest-facing terrace. This holiday home is designed for 6 people and is situated in the second row from the water. A unique feature of this home is the living room located on the first floor, offering a stunning view of the marina and the Oosterschelde on one side and the expansive polders of Noord-Beveland on the other.

In the summer, the bedrooms on the ground floor remain pleasantly cool. The house is situated in one of the quietest spots in the park, providing the perfect location for both a relaxing and active holiday. When you spend your vacation in this park, you won't need a car. The park offers amenities such as a small supermarket, a restaurant, and even a subtropical swimming paradise (for a fee) with water fun for the whole family. The fine sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

- The main booker must be at least 30 years old. The stairs lead you to the beautiful living room. There is a large digital flat-screen TV with SMART TV and additional German TV channels, a radio-CD player with USB and Bluetooth functions, and a Qi station for your mobile phone. Additionally, there is an extra-large balcony with comfortable garden furniture, a parasol, and 2 sun loungers. You can enjoy an endless view over the water here after a beautiful day at the beach, until the sun sets.

The open kitchen offers amenities such as a combination microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer compartment, a capsule coffee machine, a Senseo coffee maker, and a filter coffee machine.

The property has 3 bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Luxurious eco-down duvets provide extra sleeping comfort. One bedroom has a double bed, the second is equipped with two single beds, and the third with a bunk bed.

There are two bathrooms; one bathroom with a double sink, toilet, and rain shower, and another bathroom with a sink, toilet, and rain shower. There is also a separate guest toilet on the first floor.

A washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are available in the storage room. For long summer evenings, there is a picnic table with benches and a large barbecue in the garden.

The house has two parking spaces. Free Wi-Fi is available.
