In this holiday home, you can enjoy plenty of peace and privacy. Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find a campsite with convenient amenities such as a small supermarket and a restaurant. There are also opportunities for water sports lessons, such as paddleboarding and windsurfing. The area is perfect for water activities like sailing, surfing, snorkeling, and waterskiing. There are several surf and sailing schools nearby, and the De Schotsman water sports center is easily accessible. Behind the bungalow, there is a play and football field for children.

The property is situated on a spacious plot at the end of a cul-de-sac. The sunny south-facing garden offers a lot of privacy. You'll always find a spot in the sun where you can relax in one of the garden's loungers. On the charming terrace, you can enjoy a balmy summer evening until late. And the next morning, you can walk directly to the Veerse Meer with your surfboard.

For a day of culture or shopping, historic cities such as Goes, Middelburg, Zierikzee, and Vlissingen are easily accessible. A trip to Veere and Vrouwenpolder is also highly recommended. From May to September, you can use the foot and bike ferry between Kamperland and Veere. Additionally, you can take beautiful walks through nature reserves and cycle through the polder landscape.
