The luxurious, modern kitchen is equipped with a cooking island, an additional dining area, and high-end appliances such as a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine.

From the living room, you step directly onto the generous waterfront terrace, where a comfortable lounge set and dining set await you.
