Our cancellation policy is as follows.
If you need to cancel your holiday we understand you will have good reasons but please tell us if possible as early as possible. It then gives us the possibility to find new guests for the period you booked and we will pay any monies paid to us back to you.
If we are unable to fill the period you booked we reserve the right to charge you the whole amount.
We advise therefore to take out a travel insurance to be on the safe side.

Unfortunately, more recently after some groups left, we had so much restoration and preparation work that we decided not to accept such groups anymore.
Getting there
From Herdwangen, follow the signs to Großschönach/Kleinschönach. After approx. 4 km, you will see the road sign for Stockfeld, which is on the left, approx. 500 metres from Kleinschönach. Turn left into the upper road (the one immediately past the turn-off for forest parking). After about 50m you will see your holiday home "Walnut House" on the left-hand side.

Sehr schöner Urlaub am Bodensee
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und für Einkäufe muss man mit dem Auto in den nächsten Ort fahren.
Ein schöner neuer Fahrradweg von Herdwangen nach Überlingen führt einen direkt zum wunderschönen Bodensee.
Außerdem kann man sehr gut die Gegend erkunden und ist auch schnell in der Schweiz oder in Österreich.
Familie Brown hat uns im Vorfeld sehr gut informiert und war vor Ort auch sehr hilfreich an unserer Seite.
Wir können jedem empfehlen, dort Urlaub zu machen!

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage mit TOP Ausstattung
Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und eingewachsen und bietet mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Draußen sitzen und Grillen.
Im Haus kann auf 3 Ebenen geschlafen und gewohnt werden mit 3 Bädern und einem separaten WC.
Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet und für ein Ferienhaus mit Geräten wie TV, Radio, CD Player sehr gut ausgestattet.
Für die Kinder gab es mehrere Gesellschaftsspiele, Stifte und Malsachen und das Highlight im DG ein eigenes Kinderbad mit niedrigem Waschbecken und WC!
Die EG Küche war mit Geräten und auch mit Küchenequipment TOP ausgestattet, wir haben fast nichts von unseren Sachen gebraucht. Sei es Müllbeutel, Alufolie, Kaffeefilter, Backpapier, Waschmittel es war einfach alles da! Selbst Teelichter, Streichhölzer, einfach alles.
