If the tenant cancels a rental agreement for any reason, there is an obligation to pay compensation to the landlord in the amount of the rent or a part of it.

From the sixth week before the start of the rental until the second week before the start of the rental, we charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental, we charge 100%.
