Der Wintersport ist für uns teilweise zur Täuschung geworden, da wir aufgrund der damals geltenden Corona-Politik nicht nach Österreich einreisen konnten. Trotzdem mussten wir vom Gesamtbetrag schlampige 1400 € Stornokosten an Belvilla zahlen. Das war natürlich bei den Auflagen, aber noch wenig nachsichtig und wenig Gespür für die Corona-Situation. Das noch offene "Guthaben" musste dann bei Belvilla ausgegeben (d.h. nicht zurückerstattet) werden, um es nicht zu verlieren und somit die Stornokosten nicht in Höhe von 100 % zu belaufen! Am Ende haben wir über Belvilla ein Apartment in Chamonix, Frankreich gebucht (mit Abrechnung des "Kredits". Insgesamt ist es also eine sehr teure Unterkunft geworden. Nichts über die Unterkunft (Odalys Isatis), das Skigebiet, Chamonix und die sehr beeindruckend Natur). Das Essen hier ist sehr teuer, aber das war schon vorher angedeutet. Am Ende hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub mit der Familie, aber ich denke , dass wir wieder vor der Buchung in der Zukunft durch Belvilla wieder tun denken.
Das Apartment war funktional und hatte alle grundlegenden Dinge abgedeckt, Auch wenn es nicht der luxuriöseste Ort war, in dem wir je waren, war es sauber und gut gepflegt, Die Nähe zu Mont Blanc war für uns ein großer Vorteil, da wir unsere Bergaktivitäten geplant haben

Sehr nette Leute bei Isatis. Schöne Umgebung! Unterkunft ist in Ordnung, Wohnungen sind nicht groß, aber treffen sich. WiFi ist nicht konstant. Wunderbar warmer Pool.
