Children's paradise in the Bavarian Forest: Family-friendly, car-free, park-like holiday complex, right on the edge of the forest with a wonderful view of Falkenstein Castle (575 m above sea level). For the little ones there is a children's club with videos and games. The Falkenstein holiday park was classified by Kinderland Bayern with 4 little bears, the second highest award, and offers holiday fun for the little ones as well as for the grown-ups. The rental office is located in the middle of the site, so that you always have a contact person on site in the holiday village. And we will be happy to take your order for bread rolls here (for a fee). The outdoor pool right next door also offers relaxation and leisure time fun. It is only a few minutes' walk to the historic town of Falkenstein with shops, traditionally good restaurants and interesting sights. the outdoor pool including sauna and mini golf in Falkenstein, the hunting and game museum at Falkenstein Castle or a tour of the castle tower. In addition, you receive approx. 500 additional services and discounts from service partners throughout the Bavarian Forest. Highlights included: WLAN entry to the on-site adventure pool Falkenstein PLUS card with attractive inclusive services Activities nearby: Free entry to the heated outdoor pool below the complex (open from mid-May to mid-September). Das Ferienhaus, das wir bei Ihnen gemietet haben, war ganz nett, mit einem schönen Schlafzimmer (schade wegen der schlechten Matratze) und einem guten Badezimmer, aber definitiv kein FERIENHAUS. Sowohl der Vorgarten als auch der Hintergarten waren ein einziges Chaos mit nur vier schäbigen Plastikklappstühlen, sodass man die Sonne nicht genießen konnte. Das Wohnzimmer hatte nur vier Plastikstühle und ein Schlafsofa. Die gute Spülmaschine war aufgrund des Mangels an Geschirr unnötig, zum Beispiel nur zwei Suppenschüsseln, zwei Teetassen, eine Tasse und zwei kleine Tassen. Auch das Besteck war unzureichend und von schlechter Qualität. Es fehlten jegliche Informationen, und die Dame, die uns die Schlüssel übergab, wusste nichts. Keine Telefonnummern von Arzt, Feuerwehr oder Polizei, keine Adressen von Supermärkten oder Apotheken, geschweige denn Informationen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Aktivitäten. Es gab nur einen Schlüsselsatz, von denen man fünf benötigte, um hineinzukommen. War jemand ohne Schlüssel weg, zum Beispiel zum Einkaufen, kam er nicht wieder hinein, und umgekehrt, war jemand mit Schlüsseln weg, war der andere eingesperrt. Auch die Schlüsselrückgabe bei der Abreise war ein Problem. Die Hausmeisterin wusste nicht, welcher Briefkasten zum Ferienhaus gehörte, und hatte auch keinen Schlüssel. Ich ließ die Schlüssel einfach irgendwo liegen und machte ein Foto von ihrem Standort. Das funktionierte allerdings nicht gut, da man die Schlüssel zum Verlassen des Hauses und des Grundstücks brauchte.
Kurz gesagt, ich belasse es dabei. Ein unbequemer und unangenehmer Aufenthalt, der Novosel nicht würdig war, und ich erwarte eine angemessene Entschädigung.

Schöner, ruhiger und gemütlicher Park. Der Pool ist toll und die Umgebung fantastisch! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Ein kleiner Park mit einem schönen, voll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Freibad, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne grüne Umgebung mit mehreren charmanten Städten in der Nähe.
