Super sauber und modernes Ferienhaus, Die Außen terrasse hat mir gefallen, perfekt für einen Morgenkaffee
Das Ferienhaus war perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub, Es war geräumig, modern und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt, Besonders genossen haben wir die Außenterrasse, wo wir unsere Mahlzeiten hatten, Sehr zu empfehlen!
Modernes und komfortables Ferienhaus, In der Nähe des Strandes und großartige Essensmöglichkeiten
Guten Abend, danke der Nachfrage, aber gibt nicht viel Positives zu berichten. Als wir um 16Uhr in die Wohnung durften, war diese nicht geheizt. wir sassen den ersten Tag bis abends mit Pullover, Jacke und Decke in der Wohnung. 16Uhr = 15C und 23Uhr = 17,5C. Das absolut nicht akzeptabel ! Es wurde schlicht vergessen die Heizung vorher einzuschalten. Die Hausmeister sind zweimal gekommen, konnten aber klar auch nichts an der Situation ändern. Ausserdem ging das Eingangslicht nicht und es lief Wasser zu einem Fenster rein.
Danke für den Gutschein, ich glaube allerdings nicht das worin der aktuellen Situation Gebrauch davon machen werden. Während den 2 Wochen vor der Buchung stand ich fast täglich mit Belvilla in Kontakt. Bei jedem Anruf wurde mir versichert mich umgehend zurückzurufen. Was nie geschehen ist !!! Auch da handelte es sich um ein Guthaben, welches zur Buchung nicht abrufbar war. Auch das Geld steht uns zu. Ich glaube ich brauche ihnen nicht zu erklären wie mann diese Machenschaften nennen könnte.
