The outdoor area includes a pool (about 3.50 x 5.50 m and 1.50m deep), a sun terrace, and in front of the living room, there is a partially covered terrace that provides shade. The rental car can be parked in the private garage.

Die Villa liegt ruhig, etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum, in einem schönen Wohnquartier mit traumhaften Blick über Playa de las Americas.
Apolonia und haben uns wieder ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.
Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr grosszügig gemessen, schön eingerichtet und
mit allem ausgestattet, dass man während einem Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht.
Den Garten haben wir redlich genutzt (vor allem die neuen, sehr bequemen Sonnenliegen).
+ sehr sauber, gut unterhalten und gepflegt Ruhe und Grosszügigkeit
+ Genügend Handtücher, Badetücher, Küchentücher etc.
+ Grundstock an Toilettenpapier, Wasser uvm. (sehr angenehm, bei
+ später Ankunft) Nan ist eine sehr charmante, warmherzige
+ Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat
- Die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer könnte besser sein - zum Lesen an Regentagen etwas spärlich.
