The exterior areas of the house are fantastic. There is a 5.5x3m salt swimming pool, with depth ranging from 1.15m to 1.70m. Around the pool, there is a shower and a paved area where you can relax sunbathing on one of the 6 sunbeds available to you. Around the house there is a gravel surface where you can relax. Just to the right of the home’s main entrance there is a furnished terrace where you can enjoy wonderful outdoor barbecues with family and friends. The property is in a secluded location, surrounded by 14,000 square metres of land. 7,000 of them landscaped where you will find many Mediterranean plants such as fragrant rosemary, olive trees, cypress, palm trees, pine trees with shade and could not miss its orchard of lemon and orange trees. From the property, you can admire the surrounding Mallorcan countryside with stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains, Puig de Cura, Mont Ferrutx and Puig de Sant Salvador on the horizon. Stunning sunrises and beautiful sunsets are guaranteed.

The interiors of the house are decorated with 18th and early 19th century furniture and house a large art collection. Upon entering this property you will see the furnished elegant dining room. This room is not separated from the living room where you find a wood heater, satellite TV and a CD player. Separated by an arch, you find the original kitchen, where you have everything you need to make any recipe, including a gas stove. This property has a separate laundry room with 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. For your rest, there are 3 bedrooms in this property. 2 of them are located on the main house, both equipped with a closet and a fan. 1 of them is located on the ground floor and has two twin beds together and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and the second offers two separate single beds. The 3rd bedroom, with two twin beds together, is located in a separate attachment, and it has its own bathroom with a shower and direct access to the garden. A cot, a high chair and one fan more are available. If you are a person concerned about the environment, you will be pleased to know that since its restoration, great attention has been paid to the efficiency and use of natural resources. The entire energy system is ecologically generated thanks to its solar panel station, the water is the estate's own and the waste water is filtered and treated for later use in the irrigation of the gardens.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee

If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
