This large villa is an amazing property for your Ibiza holiday, with 5 bedrooms, an independent dning and BBQ room, a huge pool and in a quiet location just a few minutes’ drive from the town of San Antonio..

The property has been recently redecorated with modern fittings and styling. As you enter the main house you are welcomed by a large living/dining area, with comfortable sofa, tv, stereo system, and large dining table. This leads into a newly renovated kitchen, fitted with all mod-cons and fully equipped with everything you need.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and a twin, each with their own entrances from the front garden and seating areas outside. There is one bathroom on this floor.

*There are three air conditioning units in the villa. One situated in the 1st-floor corridor to supply the top three bedrooms. There is also an additional air-con unit in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. One in the living room area to supply the bottom floor.

As you go up to the first floor you will find 3 bright and airy twin bedrooms and the second bathroom. These bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, are a good size and very bright. The master bedroom has a terrace overlooking the grounds, with a coffee table and chairs, and the third bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the pool.

The property has secure gates at the front of the property, and as you enter through these you will see a large canopy with chill out set, where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings.

From here, follow a path along a pretty mosaic wall feature and you will find the BBQ area. Here you have large dining table, in a separate building across from the main house. The room has a skylight and panoramic windows looking on to a garden, making this a lovely, bright space.

Of course, the most important feature of all for your holiday is the huge swimming pool, located through a set of gates separating it from the garden. You have sun-beds, a large daybed to relax on and shaded sofa area, all just a couple of steps away from the main house. This area has a newly built wall around it for extra privacy and safety.

No extra beds can be added to the villa.
There is a Tourist tax of €2.20 per person, per night to be collected separately by the host, 6 weeks before arrival. For arrivals that are less than six weeks, tourist tax will be collected once the booking is confirmed.

For non Airbnb bookings, there is a security deposit of 1000 EUR to be paid via pre-authorization 3 days before arrival.

CHECK-IN
Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.
Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 50 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 70 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.

PLEASE NOTE: If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.
*All rubbish must be taken out, any big bags of rubbish left will be charged 30 euros + vat per bag.
