The Villa offers 3 large bedrooms with high quality double beds, a 60 sqm, bright living dining salon with fireplace and access to the terrace, a very leafy and maintained 500 m² garden with a solar heated pool 9 x 5 metre, recalcitrant.

Da wir bereits oft Fincas und Unterkünfte angemietet haben, können wir die Qualität des Hauses recht gut einschätzen. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben, wenn man über kleinere Mängel wie schleifende Türen, oder fehlende Poolauflagen ( 2 Auflagen für 6 Personen ) hinwegsieht. Die als Ansprechpartnerin fungierende Nachbarin ist auf Zack und organisiert auch schnell einmal ein paar Handwerker, wenn etwas nicht läuft. Der Pool wird etwa alle 2-3 Tage gegen 8.00 Uhr für 15 Minuten gesäubert und der tolle Garten mit etlichen Palmen ist top gepflegt.
Unser Highlight war das frühmorgendliche Schwimmen im großen Pool und der Sonnenaufgang mit einer Tasse Kaffee in der Hand.
Es gibt reichlich Sitzplätze und auch die beiden Bäder und die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und bieten reichlich Stauraum + Waschraum + Strandschirme

Das Haus und die Lage sind umwerfend. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als gut. Besonders hat uns die Trinkwasseraufbereitungslage gefallen. Die Gartenmöbel incl. Auflagen sind sehr hochwertig und mega bequem. Der Garten und alle Räume sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die unvergeßliche Zeit werden wiederkommen.

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Gute Ausstattung und gemütliches Ambiente. Hervorzuheben ist der beheizte Pool, dessen Sauberkeit und auch die unaufdringliche Pflege des Pools und Gartens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kinder lieben es jederzeit den Pool zu nutzen und auf der überdachten Terrasse konnten wir toll die Seele baumeln lassen und lesen, spielen, etc.. Ach und natürlich dürfen wir die tolle Aussicht nicht vergessen zu erwähnen. Wir kommen nächsten Sommer gerne wieder. Die Strände und Buchten in Conil sind sehr schön und auch die Innenstadt lädt zum bummeln ein.
Alles in allem wirklich zu empfehlen!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit beheizbarem Pool, was um die Jahreszeit auch ganz gut war ;-). Die Aussicht beim Schwimmen ist spektakulär. Im Haus fühlt man sich wirklich wohl auch wenn das Wetter im Herbst mal nicht so schön ist.
Wir haben die Zeit genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
