On the ground floor, you will find the combined kitchen and living room and a guest toilet. The terrace, which has its own barbecue, is partly covered and leads to the garden. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one being en suite). The top floor consists of the third bedroom, with a queen-sized bed, and a guest toilet. It adjoins the spacious roof terrace, which offers beautiful views.
Pollensa Town is an ideal base from which to explore the diverse island of Majorca and attracts walkers, wildlife enthusiasts and cyclists. Pollença golf club is only two kilometres away. There are excellent beaches throughout the island, and the beaches of San Vicente and Puerto Pollença are only a ten-minute drive from the town. The Sunday market attracts both locals and holidaymakers with its amazing fruit, food and flower stalls.

Herbsturlaub in der Casa FB
Ein tolles Haus, zentrale Lage mit nur 5 Min Fußweg zum Marktplatz, schöner Garten mit tollem Pool, top Sauberkeit, gute Ausstattung, reichlich Handtücher! Begrüßt wurden wir mit Wasser, Wein und frischem Obst! Der Kontakt zu Frau Prager, Vincente und auch zu Catalina( Hausbesitzerin) waren sehr sehr nett. Bei Fragen war immer jemand da!
Die Casa FB ist für uns ein kleines Traumhaus, wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub 2020 in der Casa FB!

Wundervolles Haus mit toller Ausstattung und Lage
Insgesamt können wir dieses Haus nur empfehlen und werden sicherlich auch noch einmal wiederkommen.
Vielen herzlichen Dank an Frau Prager, die bei jeder Frage schnell Antwort parat hatte und uns für unseren Urlaub - wie auch in den vergangenen Jahren - ein schönes und gemütliches Domizil vermittelt hat.

Das Grundstück ist wunderschön mit einem tollen Pool, der aufgrund der guten Lage sogar im Herbst fast die ganze Zeit von der Sonne angestrahlt wird und so aufgrund angenehmer Wassertemperaturen noch lange benutzbar bleibt. Vom Haus aus geht man zur Plaza Major (Zentrum der Altstadt) selbst mit kleinen Kinder nur rund fünf Minuten. Einkaufen kann man zu Fuß.
Der Kontakt zu Frau Prager war sehr nett. Am Tag unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit Wasser, Wein und frischem Obst empfangen. So fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen.
