Villa Cedar is a beautiful restored stone house located in the quiet village of Gostinjac on the island of Krk. It is surrounded by a spacious surrounding of 1200 m2, allowing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. It offers a 36 m2 swimming pool with a large sun terrace where guests can relax on six sun loungers. There are also umbrellas by the pool, providing pleasant shade on hot summer days. There is also an outdoor kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, fireplace, sink and fridge, allowing you to prepare delicious meals outdoors. There is a summer pavilion with a toilet next door, which makes it even easier to spend time outside in comfort.
Inside the villa, the rooms are spread over two levels - ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious common area where the kitchen, dining room and living room are located. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all necessary appliances, such as an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. In the living room you can enjoy a comfortable sofa while watching TV (satellite TV), and the dining room offers a table for six people, ideal for shared meals. There is also a guest toilet with washing machine on the ground floor. All interiors are air-conditioned and guests have free Wi-Fi access.
On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are furnished with double beds (180x200 cm), and two of them have a TV. Two of the bedrooms have doors leading out to a balcony, where there is a lovely table with two chairs - ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with a view of the surroundings. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and towels. The entire floor is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort even on hot days.
Special attention has been paid to the villa's exterior, as you will spend most of your holiday outdoors. The terrace off the kitchen offers a shady shelter with a table for six and a wonderful view of the pool. The spacious lawn surrounding the house is fully fenced and safe for children, who will enjoy playing on the grassy area and playground. Four parking spaces are provided next to the house, allowing for easy parking of vehicles.

Ein schöner Urlaub
Am Anreisetag wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab einen frisch gefüllten Obstkorb, und der Kühlschrank war reichlich mit Getränken gefüllt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Der Pool ist schön groß, die Sonnenschirme und die Liegen erfüllten ihren Zweck. Selbst die Sommerküche war so gut ausgestattet, dass wir direkt grillen konnten. Unser kleiner Hund war sehr gut auf dem großen Grundstück aufgehoben, da es komplett umzäunt ist. Selbst am Abreisetag wurden wir in den frühen Morgenstunden sehr herzlich von unseren Gastgebern verabschiedet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Schöne Villa
Die Villa ist super aufgeteilt im oberen teil Schlafbereich und unten Wohnen. Die aussen Küche mit kühlschrank ist super und mit Klo dass mann nicht nass ins Haus muss. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und etwas ab vom schuss.

Hier wurde an alles gedacht, top ausgestattete Küche und Aussenküche/Sommerpavillion, sehr schöne Zimmer (3) mit je eigener begehbarer Dusche. Sehr schöner grosser Pool mit sonniger Sonnenterrasse.
Und on Top noch supernette, hilfsbereite Vermieter (Vesna&Anton), mit perfekten kulinarischen Tipps und einem Wahnsinns Feigenschnaps (danke Anton !!) . Wir haben uns wirklich rundum spitzenmäßig wohlgefühlt.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten
Die Villa Cedar auf Krk ist ein sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus das von sehr netten Eigentümern vermietet wird. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es hat uns in den 2 Wochen an nichts gefehlt. Die drei Doppelzimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad waren sehr sauber und alle hatten eine sehr leise Klimaanlage. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Küche, einen großen Esszimmertisch und eine große Couch vor dem Fernseher. Dazu eine Toilette und eine Waschmaschine. Vor dem Wohnbereich ist eine große überdachte Terrasse auf der wir alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben. Der Pool und der Gartenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und auch die Außenküche mit Gasherd und Grill sehr geräumig. Es gibt eine Solardusche und ein weiteres WC. Das Haus liegt leider etwas weit weg vom Meer.
