The main villa has 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating 12 people.
It has elegant and modern furnishing and stylish decor.
Ground floor: 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
First floor: a very spacious kitchen + living room with dining table and chairs, sofa. Direct access to garden and to the large terrace, which has electrically controlled sunroof, lounge furniture and grill. On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with a double shower.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; 1 double bedroom. This room has another terrace with sea view and sun loungers.
The neighboring house can be accessed from the garden.
It's a small wooden annex, with equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.
Two alcove bedrooms, both with Satellite TV, on the mezzanine.
Please note that the small annex hosts 4 people maximum, and it's not suitable for small children or elderly people, because there is a steep staircase to the mezzanine bedrooms. The ceiling of the ground floor is approximately 1,9 m and the ceiling of the bedrooms is 1/1.2 m.
Outside of the annex, there is a patio for "al fresco" dining, with grill, table, chairs, couch.

Ich habe eine grandiose Woche mit meiner Familie in der Villa verbracht (14 Personen und 1 Hund)!
Die gesamte Ausstattung ist perfekt. Pool, Jacuzzi und der fantastische Blick in die Natur.
Parken ist auf dem Grundstück möglich. Restaurants gut zu erreichen.
Der Support vom Besitzer war hervorragend. Franco ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer Tipps für Aktivitäten etc
Ich würde/ werde immer wieder kommen.

Ich war mit meiner Familie (15 Personen) vom 15.07. bis 20.07. Gast in der Villa.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen und doch nur wenige Minuten vom Ort entfernt.
Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Hat uns immer wieder hervorragenden Support geboten bei der Planung von Ausflügen etc.
Der Pool wird erstklassig gepflegt und steht zu jeder Zeit zur alleinigen Nutzung bereit.
Beschreibung und Bilder entsprechen exakt der Realität.
Wir sind total begeistert und werden bei Gelegenheit wiederkommen.

Eine Woche Erholung
Das Haus ist sehr schön von außen, mit beheiztem Pool und Whirlpool, Sonnenliegen, Volleyballfeld und einer großen überdachten Terrasse. Es liegt auf dem Berg, mit Ausblick aufs Meer, je nach Windlage hört man leider die Autobahn. Mit dem Auto ist man in circa 10 min am Meer.
Es gibt ausreichend Zimmer,besonders das große Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse ist sehr schön.
Wenn man mit mehreren Erwachsenen fährt sollte man nur beachten, dass unten ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist.
Wir hatten einen sehr netten Service, Franko war immer erreichbar. Der Pool wurde immer für uns geöffnet und auch der BBQ wurde für uns vorbereitet. Am letzen Tag haben wir selbstgemachte Steinofen Pizza erhalten, welche sehr lecker war.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Fantastic vacations at Villa Emanuele
A fantastic week in the domicile of Signore Franco and his Mamma. The villa is equipped with everything the heart desires. In particular, the fireplace with grill ring has thrilled us and we prepared all kinds of delicacies. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Mamma and the niece, who led us through the property in English and Franco joined us and explained everything important regarding the pool and the Jacuzzi whirlpool. During the week of our stay, our hosts looked after us warmly and on our last day Mamma provided us with plenty of pizza from her stone oven. The rooms are all clean, well equipped and especially the room upstairs with huge second terrace and sea view directly from the bed is a dream come true. I can recommend Villa Emanuele with a clear conscience!

Dream vacation!
Enough bedrooms and bathrooms, a covered terrace, which served with its 2 sofas, the dining table for up to 12 people and the bar during the whole week as outdoor living room, an outdoor grill, a large lawn with volleyball net, a well-equipped kitchen with induction stove and dishwasher, a large fridge plus freezer in kitchen and the same again in the Reduit. Highlight is certainly the large heated swimming pool with plenty of space all around to relax and the whirlpool for up to five people! Also the manager of the villa, Franco, who lives just around the corner, deserves a huge thank you! He read every wish from our lips. As soon as we wrote to him, he was already around the corner with ice cubes, a Bialetti espresso maker or the ordered olive oil from Franco's own production! In short: it was perfect!

Its a beatiful house that fits easy 11 People, the jaquzzi and the pool are always Perfect! The pool is also heated! Franco did a great job with helping when we had problems and gave us recommendations on restaurants or citys!

The perfect villa and perfect host
This holiday has been fantastic. The villa is out of this world. We have come as a family to relax and we have been able to do this here.
Each day we relax on the terrace overlooking the most spectacular view of Italy. We spend the day chilling by a crystal clear pool and comfy sun loungers. We even have a jacuzzi to relax.
Each evening we have our meals on the terrace. We have chef Patrizio cooking the most amazing meals for us as we overlook the views in terrace.
Franco and his mum are the best host. He always makes sure that we are okay. He has organised our food and wine delivery for us. We made use of the state of the art bbq to cook our meat and fish. Francos mum drops fresh figs and olive oil and plums to us each morning.
We cannot recommend this villa enough!! It is fantastic. We will be back.

Beautiful villa in a nice surrounding
Nice and huge elegant house. Everything looks like on the pictures. Beautiful sunrise from the upper room terrace and nice view into the landscape from the big terrace in the common area. The pool and jacuzzi are great. They were cleaned every day. The kitchen has everything you need. The stove could be more modern. The mattresses in the rooms downstairs could be more comfortable.
What has to be mentioned especially is the kindness and helpfulness of the owner and his mom. They were extremely friendly and helped us a lot, even when we had an emergency in the middle of the night. They also immediately called technicians when something didn t work. Really excellent service.

La Villa Emanuele è il posto perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia, i più piccoli della casa si sono divertiti un sacco. É un posto molto tranquillo e lontano dal caos, per chi arriva da una città come Milano merita proprio.. e i proprietari dobbiamo dire sono molto gentili, disponibili e accoglienti.
Il posto ideale per chi ha bambini e animali domestici, anche il nostro Baloo (Il nostro cagnolone ) si è divertito tanto in tutto quel verde che ha la casa! Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

The perfect holiday ever
Actually I enjoyed staying at " Villa Emmanuele" Costarainera. The villa is the same you seen in the picture even more beautiful. My friends and I enjoyed staying there. Everything was furnished by Franco and his lovely Mother. I 100% recommended you the villa, even the place. Not too far from Nice, Monaco

Dream holiday on the Riviera dei Fiori in a dream Villa
The holiday has been great. The best you can imagine, from the location, to all the facilities, to the host. all is exactly as you can imagine a perfect holiday should be. The Villa is luxus pure, and perfectly maintained. The surrounding is great for sport activities, for nice dinner on the typical small village, and 5mins driving distance to the beach.
The owner is hosting and welcoming in a great manner. Fantastic facilities, the swimming pool and all the SPA area are very well kept, clean and nicely furnitured. all the rooms are with nice style. View from the Villa is stunning.

Great villa for fun and relax
We spent a week in this beautiful villa and we appreciate the plenty of space in the rooms, the pool, the jacuzzi, the pingpong, the bbq... all seems to be placed to let the guest enjoy their stay.
We are a large family, I would recommend this place for groups of 12 - 15 people.
The annex small independent house is a bonus plus, but more suitable for younger people in my opinion since the beds are futon.

Wir waren mit 4 Enkelkindern von 2 1/2 bis 5 Jahren, 2 hochschwangeren Töchter, 2 Söhnen und 2 Schwiegersöhnen in einem wunderbaren Haus. Die Kleinen genossen das Bad mit Schwimmflügeln im warmen Whirlpool und manchmal im Pool. Sporteinrichtungen wie Tischtennis und das Laufband haben wir ebenfalls benutzt. Auf 3 Etagen konnte man, wenn man wollte auch einmal ungestört sein. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse war Mittelpunkt und aus der vorhanden Stereoanlage konnten wir unsere MP3 Musik voll geniessen. Die Kücheneinrichtung und das moderne Ambiente waren bemerkenswert. Wegen der Kleinkinder musste man natürlich wegen des Pools und der offenen Treppe nicht unachtsam sein. Falls der Nachwuchs etwas grösser geraten ist, werden wir gerne wiederkommen.
