Villa Erika is located in a quiet residential area in the small town of Jursici in Istria. This luxurious villa, built in the typical Istrian style, offers the perfect setting for an ideal holiday with its comfortable four bedrooms and a spacious outdoor area. The ground floor consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, adjacent to a fully equipped wooden kitchen with a dining area. The rooms are all equipped with free Wi-Fi, and some with satellite TV. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, three of which have access to a terrace, loggia, or balcony with a small sea view. Outside, there is a large covered terrace with a barbecue. A generous pool ensures perfect relaxation on warm summer days. On the cozy brick-built lounge, you'll find the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset in the evening. Here you have a wonderful view of the countryside.

It's a 15-minute drive to the wonderful beaches around the former fishing village of Fazana. The historic city of Pula is just 20 minutes away. You can reach the picturesque port town of Rovinj, with its narrow medieval alleys, in half an hour.
Discover the beautiful central Istria by mountain bike or on foot. Designated cycling and hiking trails take you through the smallest villages, vineyards, and olive groves.

Ruhig gelegen und schönes Grundstück mit einem gut eingezäunten Garten.
Leider blieb die Pflege des Grundstückes und des Interior in letzter Zeit etwas auf der Strecke (Unkraut; Verschmutzer Couch Bezug) Balkontüren und Fenster haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich und lassen sich schwer öffnen und schließen. Bei einem Regenguß drang Wasser durch mehrere Fenster ein. Service- Team war bei einer Havarie des Tores sehr schnell vor Ort.
Man erwartet bei dem Preis schlichtweg mehr.

Die hochgelegene, in der Natur erbaute Villa ist riesig und wunderschön gestaltet sowie ausgestattet. Die Innenarchitektur ist typisch schön für die in der Region verbreitete Bauweise mit Bruchsteinen aufgebaut. Die grüne Landschaft, die die Umgebung zeichnet, lässt sorgen und Stress im Nu verschwinden. In der Nähe der Villa hat man die Möglichkeit, an dem Latino-Olivenöltasting teilzunehmen (ausgezeichnet mit dem Reddot-Award). Die Veranstalter sind super freundlich und für jeden Spaß zu haben, wir hatten eine wahnsinnig schöne und lustige Zeit.
Im Umkreis besuchten wir die Städte Pula, Medulin und Rovinj, die teils mit malerische Innenstädten oder mit traumhaften Sandstränden locken. Die Bootstouren sind sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt eine Top Lage und ein wunderschönes Heim zum entspannen und genießen.
