The protagonist is the chlorine pool that measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.3 to 2 meters. Here, you can cool off after sunbathing on one of the sun loungers. There is also an outside shower. Various corners invite you to relax or taste a delicious barbecue alfresco, such as the large porch overlooking the pool. Young and old can play on the large grass area. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The single-storey house has a traditional and cosy style. Entering from the porch we find the comfortable living room with fireplace and TV with satellite channels. Next to it, the dining table for 6 diners. The kitchen offers all the needed equipment to cook during your holidays, as well as a ceramic hob. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The equipment is completed with a baby cot, a high chair and oil central heating.

The house is located in the countryside but not far from Manacor that is 4.8 km away. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is Porto Cristo, located 10.8 km away, a beautiful and familiar beach with crystal clear waters. The area is full of beaches and coves that are worth visiting such as Cala Petita, Cala Anguila or Cala Romántica. The Caves of Drac are another attractive of the area.
