Dear guests, our villa is 180mÂ² in size, offering optimal comfort for 4-8 vacationers and comes equipped with a garden with swimming pool, covered terrace, a grill, lounge chairs, and a parasol. Additionally, we have 2/3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, a large living room with TV, a spacious dining room, and a kitchen. There's a washing machine and air conditioning throughout the house. The villa is fully fenced and can be secured with 2 entrance gates. 3 private parking spots. The house is fully air-conditioned. A washing machine and dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, kettle, and coffee machine are also at your disposal. Moreover, we have Mrs. Ana supervising, in case you need anything else.

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Lage mit Meerblick und ideal zum entspannen! Die Umgebung lockt zu unzähligen schönen Ausflügen wie: Groznjan, Umag, Novigrad, Motovun, Porec usw. , alles ganz in der Nähe! Fazit: sehr zu Empfehlen!

Die Villa ist toll gelegen, mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Schwimmbad ist für die Lage die ca. 10 km vom Meer entfernt liegt, natürlich ideal.
Das Haus ist für 4 Personen sehr groß, auf 3 Stöcke und Garten.
Wir bedanken uns bei den netten Nachbarn für den Kuchen und das selbstgepresste Olivenöl.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wir waren im August mit Freunden in der Villa Fasano und haben unglaublich schöne Tage dort verbracht. Der Erholungsfaktor ist sehr hoch. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Lage ein Traum. In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet man tolle Möglichkeiten, landestypisch zu speisen. Wir waren auch viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, haben die malerischen Städtchen besucht und das kristallklare Meer genossen. Werden sicher wieder kommen.

Die Villa liegt in traumhafter Lage umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Zypressen. Sehr geräumig & luxuriös ausgestattetetes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail maßgefertigt eingerichtet. Traumhafter Außenbereich mit Meeresblick. Toller Gartenbereich mit Grillgelgenheit & hauseigenem Pool. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
