Borgo Marianna is a private trulli estate with heated, fenced pool in the countryside near Ostuni, ideal for families and groups up to 10 guests. Among olive trees it offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms in three independent units: a main house with kitchen, living room and double bedroom, a wing with three double rooms and two bathrooms, and a trullo with twin beds and bathroom. Outside you enjoy three patios with dining tables, an outdoor kitchen and a large garden with playground, trampoline, slide and swing. The pool area is sunny all day and safely fenced for children. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV and private parking complete the comforts. Torre Guaceto sandy beaches are about 14 km away and Brindisi airport 20 km.

Questa è una bellissima proprietà con trulli, con un bellissimo giardino e una fantastica piscina. L'aria condizionata funziona bene ed è presente in ogni camera da letto e nella stanza principale. Le opzioni di posti a sedere all'aperto sono abbondanti e le attività per i bambini sono fantastiche.
Eravamo 4 coppie e un bambino di 6 anni e abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica.

Lovely house and grounds. Great pool. I went with my daughter and family - 3 kids ages 13, 10 and 2 . 5 year old. They all loved it, perfect place for a family with children - very safe. Kids play ground plus pool.
Would also be great for a group of adults.

We loved it, worked perfectly for us. Who wouldn’t want to stay in an olive grove in a lovely house with the very nice agency Vacanze in San Vito dei Normanni who were prepared to look after every step of the way. From great suggestions of what to do, plus a later check out. We also arrived late in evening but they were there on the end of a phone line to support us all the way from Bari airport until we arrived. You couldn’t ask for more.

Only downside is there is no sheet change in the 10 days, especially if you are travelling with kids.

Luana at Vacanze Puglia was very helpful and always contactable, as we arrived late she arranged a small shop so we could have an evening meal and breakfast the following day. Borgo Marianna is a lovely villa, in a very peaceful location. You do need a car as it is remote from the local town, San Vito dei Normanni. It is ideally placed to visit Ostuni and Locorocondo , local beaches and vineyards. This part of Italy is relatively unspoilt by mass touriism which is a great appeal. The only slight surprise with the area is the amount of litter on the A roads in certain areas. I can only assume this is due to the recycling policy which is impressive however, appears to have a negative impact on unwanted waste being discarded in what is a lovely rural area. That said we would definitely recommend and return.

Ons verblijf in dit huis was fantastisch. De ruimte is groot en is gezellig ingericht. Wat opviel was hoe schoon alles was in het huis. De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust, heel veel pannen en schalen, een goede oven, vaatwasser, magnetron, meerdere koelkasten en aanwezigheid van kruiden en afwasmiddel. Mooi zwembad, goede ligstoelen. Overal leuke terrasjes zodat je de hele dag wel ergens op het terrein kunt zitten. Ook heel leuk was het speeltuintje (met trampoline!) voor de kinderen. Mooi aangelegd, goed onderhouden met goed sluitende deuren, overal horren voor de ramen, een hek met beveiliging. Het verblijf bestaat uit een groot huis met keuken, woonkamer en slaapkamer/badkamer. De andere slaapkamers en badkamers zijn niet van binnenuit dit huis te bereiken, maar dat staat vooraf duidelijk aangegeven. Was voor ons dus geen probleem. Geeft zelfs juist wel wat privacy als je met een grotere groep bent. Aardige host, goede communicatie en reageert snel! Absoluut een aanrader!
Nous avions loué la villa pour notre grande famille ( 4 couples deux enfants et un bébé)....et c'était parfait! Adapté aux petits enfants, très bien équipé et sécurisé.

Fantastic gite, perfect for two families to enjoy together and with plenty of space. We loved all the different seating places and the pool was absolutely perfect. The agency looking after us were brilliant at responding to our requests. Would definitely return!
This is a fabulous Trullo and Villa, the property is well spaced out, the pool and area fantastic and the rooms fit our party really well. The location is perfect, neat some beautiful places and fantastic beaches, we absolutely loved this villa and area. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful place. We will never forget our time here. Vacanza in Puglia let us know every day what was going on in the local villages and gave us some great restaurant recommendations! Thank you!!
A beautiful stay - this villa had everything we needed. The owners very kindly helped us out with a food shop for our arrival as we arrived very late. They were also on hand for recommendations and to answer any questions! Highly recommend
Für unserer Familie, 9 Personen, war das der schönst Urlaub! Das Haus, Pool, Garten - alles einfach toll und mindestens so schön wie auf den Fotos. Es gab ausreichen Platz für alle und eine gute Ausstattung! Für einen Abend haben wir Angelo Epifani, ein apulischer Koch, gebucht, der für uns köstlich apulisch gekocht hat - es war ein unvergesslicher Abend und jeden Cent wert!!!
