The exteriors of this villa are unbeatable. The private chlorine pool is really spectacular because of its 20 x 10 m and its depth of 0.5 to 3 m. In its surroundings, there is a terrace with 11 sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The porch is ideal to get relaxed after having a great swim. It also has various tables and chairs to have a drink or taste a delicious barbecue prepared in the open air. The plot is fenced and the privacy is total.

The house is spread over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with satellite TV, a CD player and a DVD player. From there, you access the dining room and then the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob. Right next to it is the laundry area, where you will find 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, an iron and an ironing board. On this floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms with bathtubs. A second sitting room is located next to the staircase leading to the first floor. Here, there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub. On the top floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two single beds, and another with two single beds and a trundle bed. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs available. The main living room, the dining room and 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The country house is located at only 4.7 km from Campos village where you will find all the necessary services such as supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc. Every thursday there is a fresh fruits and vegetables market and on Saturdays there is a market with all sorts of products in the streets of the center. The nearest beach is Es Trenc, at 13.5 km, one of the best ones of Mallorca due to its white sand and crystal-clear waters.

Please note that check-in must be carried out between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Arrivals after this time are subject to a surcharge of 50 euros, which must be paid at the accommodation.
