Villa Olea is located in the Sukošan, near Zadar. There is a heated private pool and jacuzzi where you can spend unforgettable moments. Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. At your disposal there are 4 bedrooms ( 1 on the ground flour, 3 on the first flour).
One bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom is situated on the ground floor with direct exit to terrace and pool.
There, you will find also a fully-equipped kitchen , dining area, and living room and one extra toilette.
The first floor is reserved for a good night's sleep and relaxation, with 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 2 single beds). Master bedroom en-suit bathroom, and has a big balcony with beautiful sea view.
The other two bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the pool.

Eine wunderschöne Location!
Die Lage ist perfekt; sehr ruhig, in Meernähe mit einem schönen Strand. Das Haus ist großzügig, alle Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet - wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Pool und Jacuzzi werden jeden Tag auf Wasserqualität geprüft.
Besonders positiv: Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit flexiblen Fliegengittern ausgestattet.
Uns hat es super gefallen und wir empfehlen die Villa Olea gern weiter.

Wir hatten traumhaft schöne und entspannte Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Der beheizte Pool und der Whirlpool waren ein Traum. Es ist alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise alles sehr angenehm.
Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr angenehmen und stets hilfsbereit. Jedes kleine Anliegen wurde angenommen und ziemlich schnell gehandelt.
Wunderschöne Villa
Es war ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub. In der Villa ist alles und wenn doch etwas benötigt wird, hat die liebe Vermieterin Marta sich sofort gekümmert. Sie war immer für uns da. Auch einen Arzttermin hatte sie für uns ausgemacht. Ich war so dankbar.
Der Grillplatz, der Pool, der Spielplatz, das Whirlpool alles ist super und unglaublich gepflegt.
Das Meer ist in 1 Minute zu erreichen. Es sind ausschließlich grössere Steine am Meer.
Das Zentrum ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zum Einkaufen empfehlen wir, in einen Großmarkt zu fahren. Wir waren immer in Zadar. Ansonsten bekommt man fußläufig auch alles. Ein Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso der Bäcker.

Die Villa ist sehr modern und gepflegt. Zimmer sind geräumig und toll ausgestattet. Die überdachte Terasse ist ein Traum! Der Pool war super und sehr gepflegt. Vor allem unsere Kinder fanden ihn spitze!
Zum Meer waren es ca. 50 Meter (Kieselsteine). Der Strand und das Meer waren sehr sauber!
Supermärkte (Plodine oder Spar) sind ca 5 Autominuten entfernt.
Stände mit frischem Obst und Bäckereien gab es einige neben der Hauptstraße.
In den Ort Sukosan sind es ca 20 Minuten Gehminuten.
Das Restaurant Anton ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Der gesamte Urlaub, von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung durch die sehr zuvorkommende und nette Vermieterin (Frau Marta Rodin), war für unsere Familie der perfekte Urlaub!
Das Haus inklusive aller Einrichtungs- und Gebrauchsgegenstände, die mit Segeln überdachte Terasse und der Garten mit den schönen Olivenbäumen sowie der Pool waren sehr sauber und gepflegt!
Der Strand in etwa 100 Meter Entfernung war nicht überlaufen und das Meer sehr sauber!
Beim Hafen ist das Zentrum von Sukosan mit vielen Tavernen und einer genialen Cocktail Bar (Babir)!
Für die Selbstverpflegung gibt es alles in Sukosan. An jedem Eck kleine Bäckereien, gut sortierte Lebensmittelläden, eine Metzgerei und eine Post mit dem besten Wechselkurs!
Unser Lieblingsausflugsziel war die sehr schöne Altstadt von Zadar!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is (almost) directly on the sea. It is very modern and clean.
The beach is nice and not crowded. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket around the corner (5 minutes walk).
The city center of Sukosan can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. Zadar can be reached either by car or very cheaply by taxi. There is a lot of space and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. At the pool there are enough beach chairs and a large beach umbrella. The house has a large living room with open kitchen on the ground floor. In addition, a room with bathroom and exit to the pool. Upstairs are another three beautiful rooms. All rooms have air conditioning and a TV. Furthermore, the rooms on the first floor each have their own balcony.

Villa in Traumlage
Villa perfekt.Hat an nichts gefehlt.Die Zimmer ein Traum.Villa liegt ideal, paar Meter vom Strand entfernt, noch nicht von Touristen überlaufen . Zu empfehlen:Liegen und Schirme von zu Hause mitnehmen bzw. vor Ort in Zadar bei Interspar billig kaufen .10 Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt befindet sich ein Strand mit einer Bar, dort kann man Liegen ausleihen, aber keine Schirme und ziemlich überlaufen. Dort gibt es auch einen Bäckereistand &Gemüse- Obststand. Für Grosseinkauf muss man mit dem Auto 4 km zum nächsten Spar. Restaurant in der Nähe ( 10 Gehminuen Antonperfekt, frischer Fisch..). Tolle Restaurants in der Stadt, 3,5km entfernt, Fussmarsch 35 Minuten. Vis a Vis der Marina Restaurant Francesco und Matanovi dvori.Konoba Piazetta Stadt.

Perfect Holidays
We really enjoyed our holidays at Martha's villa. The villa is very beautiful, clean and you will find what you need (if e. g. you want to do a barbecue). Martha was really friendly and helpful when searching for Konobas and planning a private day trip with a skipper on a motorboat. You could always reach her and ask what you are interested in. It was perfect to have the sea 50m next to the house, as swimming with the dogs was important to us. We would really recommend this villa and their owner :)

Entspannung und Luxus pur.
Es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort. Die Villa ist wunderschön und hat vom ersten Stock einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Ort bietet mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und jede Menge Restaurants und Bars. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Alles war super. Tolle Villa. Blick aufs Meer. Zustand sehr neu. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
