Our goal is that everyone who enters our home takes away the most beautiful memories and experiences the pristine nature that surrounds us.
Guests use the ground floor and first floor. The second floor is currently not in use. The secluded house has a modern living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In front of the house you can prepare your favorite dishes on the autochthonous local grill. There is also a covered terrace for al fresco dining. In the garden there is a playground with a swing, slide, trampoline, children's playhouse, table tennis table, soccer field and badminton. There are also bicycles for adults.

Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
Cancellation:
A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!
Und als Willkommensgruß haben wir sogar eine sehr gute Jause bekommen!
Die Eigentümer haben in denn 10 Tagen des öfteren nachgefragt ob alles passt und zum Grillen war auch alles vorhanden(Holz,Kohle,Anzünder)
Wurde sogar nochmal aufgefüllt!!!

It was the first time we were welcomed with such a wonderful gesture from the hosts: a surprise platter of local delicacies and delicious homemade bread. Once again wow!
We can confidently say that Croatia amazed us with its beauty, but thanks to this place, we truly fell in love with it.
