Villa Ripa2: Apartment on the first floor of Villa, immersed in the Mediterranean shrubs where you can enjoy the full essence the vegetation gives off that mixes with the sea, creating an unforgettable mix. From the apartment you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the sea, you can admire many unforgettable sunsets. We are only 2,5 Km from the ancient village of Capoliveri and if you love to walk you can comfortably and very practically reach it by foot via the path of the Madonna delle Grazie, especially during the winter period, as pilgrimages have to the namesake Sanctuary.
The apartment is composed of a living room, kitchen with dishwasher, large living room, master bedroom, bedroom (with single Bed), bedroom (bunk bed), bathroom with shower, Terrace where you can eat outside, parking space. The closest beach is the Madonna delle Grazie at 300 mt. Bed linen and towels are only provided on request, pets only on request.

-COVID19: In case of cancellation due to restrictions by decree
(no refunds for non-vaccinated persons),
15 days prior to arrival, if requested, the deposit will be refunded in full and the
the cancellation will be free of charge.
If in the 15 days prior to your arrival restrictions (by decree) arise that make it impossible to stay, you can use the deposit for another holiday in 2022/2023.
-TERMS OF CANCELLATION CAUSE COVID 19:
In the event of cancellation due to restrictions (law decree), for the unvaccinated there are no refunds,
from one of the two countries due to Covid-19 up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded and the cancellation will be free of charge.
If government restrictions appear in the 15 days prior to arrival making the vacation impossible, the deposit can be used on another vacation to be spent in 2022/2023.
-DISCLOSURES for other reasons (except for different conditions indicated in the conditions of each individual villa):
From the moment of booking in case of cancellation, 25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
40% of the rented stay will be charged for cancellations from 59 to 30 days before arrival,
80% from 29 to 16 days before arrival,
and 100% of the rented stay for cancellations or no-shows from 15 days before arrival.
In the event of re-rental of cancelled periods, no penalty shall be applied if there has been no effective
