The villa, which can accommodate 6 people, is provided with airconditioning, has a well-kept garden and next to the large pool a ‘Tikki’; a garden pavilion with a lovely shaded seating area.
The format is as follows:
Closed driveway to the front garden and the house with parking places for 2/3 cars. Entrance villa, cozy open living with sitting and dining area with French doors to the garden and a passage to the kitchen which is equipped with most appliances. Through the kitchen you will also have an access to the garden and pool. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink and is located on one side of the house. On the other side you will find the sleeping area with another 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. All rooms have double beds and closet space. The second bathroom has a double sink and a walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet.
Around the pool, with ‘roman staircase’ is a lovely terrace and the garden with lawn. There is a pool house with a stone barbecue and washing machine room. Furthermore of course the Tikki where it is wonderful to relax and to which the villa owes its name. This villa has everything to promise you a wonderful relaxing holiday!
