The accommodation consists of a single structure that still retains the original rooms of the trullo, renovated and furnished in a modern style. The entrance opens onto the living area consisting of a kitchenette equipped with amenities including an electric oven and an espresso coffee machine, a dining table and a sofa. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom that features a double bed and a double sofa bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and heat pump heating will be available in the accommodation.

What makes this property incredible is undoubtedly the outdoor space overlooking the lush olive trees in an expanse of red earth typical of the area. “Surrounded by the lush green of the trees planted on slopes”, the town of Carovigno is part of northern Salento, in the province of Brindisi, and is a famous center of olive oil production. The Castle of Carovigno bears the name of the city in which the ancient Carbina was built, and like all fortified monuments it’s the highest part of the area while underground it’s possible to visit the “dungeons” used as cells and cellars. Worth visiting is the historic centre with its four proud towers, three of which are still standing. Not far away there are the churches of the town: the mother church dedicated to the Assunta and the “Chiesa del Carmine', with frescoes from the XVIII century. The city of Carovigno hosts every year the “Press Tour Carovigno' which organizes guided tours, olive harvesting and tastings.

The accommodation is a 35-minute drive from Brindisi airport and an hour and 20 minutes from Bari airport.
