Note: for the following periods only one half of the house (up to 6 persons) is available for rent : 11th - 24th October.

The property "Aquilon" is situated at the entrance of Les Issambres, not far from the port of San Peire, on a well-tended plot of land with a beautiful old tree population.
Each semi-detached house offers the following rooms: spacious living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Furthermore there are of course corresponding terraces and balconies with sea view.
The residents also have an attractive pool area with sun loungers and a boules court at their disposal for communal use.

Die Villa mit den Holz-Fensterläden, Bouleplatz etc. auf einem gepflegten und liebevoll bepflanzten Areal strahlt ein besonderes, mediterranes Flair aus. Die Lage bietet alles autofrei: Einkaufen, Strand- und Marktgang, Restaurantbesuch und Bateau-Tripp nach St. Tropez. Direkt am Ortskern und westwärts liegen schöne, relativ lange Sandstrände. Dort sind auch feine Strandclubs zu finden. Ostwärts liegt felsige Küste. Dort lässt sich ein Strandabschnitt wirklich für sich allein finden. Zwischen der Küstenstraße und dem Meer befindet sich ein Tennisclub, in dem zum moderaten Preis Tennisplätze (Hart- und sogar ein Rasenplatz) und ein Bolzplatz bespielt werden können. Les Issambres ist - im Vergleich zu den größeren Nachbargemeinden - eher dörflich und sogar im Hochsaison keinesfalls überfüllt.

Wir haben in der Villa Palmier gewohnt, ein wunderbares Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und funktioniert gut. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es gibt zahlreiche Terrassen und Möglichkeiten, sich zu entspannen. Die Lage ist perfekt, nicht weit vom Strand und zu den Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Auch der Einkauf im Supermarkt kann fußläufig erfolgen. Es lassen sich von dort aus sehr schöne Ausflüge unternehmen, z.B. ist St. Tropez mit der Fähre in etwa 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub!

Schönes sauberes Anwesen, sehr geräumig. Gute Betreuung bei kleineren Problemen (Ausfall Klimaanlage, kein warmes Wasser, Ausfall wlan), sofortige Lösung.
Super Pool und Ausblick aufs Meer.
Sehr zentral gelegen, allerdings etwas laut durch die Straßenlage.
Würden genauso wieder buchen. Auch die Reisezeit war perfekt.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Aquilon. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und der Pool rundete den Urlaub ab. Wir fanden alles was wir brauchten.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Uns hat die Villa Pinède sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt, ebenso der Garten und der Pool. Ein Ansprechpartner war auch immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns überaus wohlgefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten aufgrund der dortigen Ruhe richtig entspannen. Sowohl im schön angelegten Garten als auch im Poolbereich verbrachten wir gern die ein oder andere schöne Stunde. Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf das Meer. Obwohl wir in der Hochsaison dort waren, war es sehr ruhig. Praktisch kein Einblick von den angrenzenden Grunstücken möglich. Einzig zusätzliche Beschattungsmöglichkeiten, wie weitere Sonnenschirme, Sonnensegel oder Markisen hätte in dieser Jahreszeit den Urlaub noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können dieses Objekt sehr weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind als Gruppe verreist und haben und in diesem Haus sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht (incl. Grill). Der Poolbereich ist gepflegt und lädt mit den vielen Sonnenliegen zum Entspannen ein. Ebenso lässt der Meerblick von der Terrasse schon beim Frühstück Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Auch die Wege zu Strand und Supermarkt sind angenehm kurz. Zusammengefasst haben wir einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub dort verbracht.

Dieses Haus hat uns, vor allem unter Berücksichtigung des sehr fairen Preises, ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll, die Küche mit allen erforderlichen Utensilien und umfangreichem Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck ausgestattet. Haus, Garten und Poolbereich sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die fußläufige Entfernung zu Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hervorzuheben wie auch der schöne Meerblick vom Balkon. Alles in Allem können wir dieses Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen!
