Villa Villa Coira in Alcudia, Balearic Islands

This wonderful villa offers spectacular exteriors. The green garden, the countryside and the mountains surround the house and a beautiful private salt swimming pool. The pool measures 9.4 x 4.2m and has a depth of 1 to 1.7m. Around the pool there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor breakfast area and a porch to enjoy a barbecue. In addition, the main porch invites you to relax on the outdoor sofa or to dine in the evening. For the little ones, there is a playground in the garden for them to enjoy playing outdoors.

The house has two levels, the ground floor and the -1 floor. On the main floor there is a spacious living room, with TV-SAT, opened to the dining kitchen, equipped with a gas cooktop. On each floor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. All bedrooms have a closet. There is a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower on the main floor and the other with a bathtub on the -1 floor. There is air conditioning in all rooms of the house. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 26 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

AC and central heating are for free from 12:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 5:00 am. If you wish to use it 24 hours a day, you have to pay an extra fee of 20€/night.
The hours of the exterior lights are from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. The pool cascade hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
