The large and modern furnished living and dining area is simply impressive, equipped with a typical fireplace, flat screen TV, wooden beamed ceiling and lovely decoration details from the island. Double terrace doors open onto the fantastic covered terrace with eating area overlooking the whole bay of Pollensa. Simply breathtaking !The independent and fully equipped kitchen is comfortable and has a small seating area. Similarly to the living area of Villa El Vila, the 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other one with a double and a single bed, have the traditional beamed ceiling and sufficient places of storage with views to the garden area. The remaining double bedroom is traditionally decorated and has a stunning view up to the sea. There is one modern bathroom with shower and a classic one with bath complete this lovely property. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. The villa is accessed through double gates with a stone drive way extending to the upper level and parking. In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach.
