Recently renovated, it is furnished and <b>decorated with great taste</b>. It is located 30 km from Siena and 35 from Grosseto and can accommodate up to 7 guests. In an <b>ideal position</b> to discover all the <b>treasures of Tuscany</b>, the beaches of the <b>Maremma</b>, but also to relax on the terraces the garden and at the <b>edge of the pool</b>.

Arriving at this large and typical stone house (235 sqm + 25 sqm terrace) you can park directly in front of the entrance or in the private parking next to the swimming pool.
Entering you are in a large entrance that opens on the right in a huge kitchen, <b>fully equipped</b> and with a side room where you find an elegant 'economic kitchen' and a brick oven to <b>make pizza</b>, bread...
On the left there are the living room with a spacious sofa, a nice fireplace and a large television, and the dining room furnished with a large dining table.
Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with a hydromassage shower box.

The sleeping area with its 3 bedrooms and a bathroom is located on the first floor and is accessible by a <b>large stone staircase</b> from the kitchen.
The first room is furnished with a French bed, in the second one there are two single beds and finally in the third a large double bed and on the mezzanine another single bed. All rooms are furnished with <b>Tuscan antique furniture</b>. The bathroom on the first floor has a whirlpool bathtub for your relaxation.

On the first floor, from the master bedroom, with a few steps you reach a small living room that opens onto a <b>large terrace</b>. This living room is also equipped with a simple kitchenette. On the partially covered terrace you will find a <b>barbecue</b>, a table and chairs, sun loungers… Here you can sunbath in complete privacy and even have lunch or diner if you wish.

This beautiful and well-kept farmhouse with <b>swimming pool</b> in the <b>heart of Tuscany</b> is ideal for those who want to be independent and its strategic location allows you to visit the great<b> Italian art cities </b>(Florence, Arezzo, Siena, Pisa, Perugia), the small Renaissance towns and tourist places of high interest scattered throughout Tuscany (Pitigliano, Sovana, Pienza, Montalcino, Argentario ....).
And there's nothing more beautiful than taking a dip in the pool and relaxing in the garden around the pool after a day of discoveries and excursions.

The guests of the House Este have the <b>exclusive use</b> of the whole house, the terraces, the swimming pool...
