The beautifully decorated Villa Graziela is located in the small town of Baderna near Poreč and only 10 km away from beautiful beaches. The house was built in 1905 and completely renovated in 2008 in such a way that it has kept its original character and the warmth that the rustic style gives it. It is located on a 1000m2 plot. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and one bedroom with its own bathroom. Three comfortable bedrooms with their own modern bathrooms are located on the first floor of the house. One room leads to a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the beautifully landscaped yard and pool or simply relax with the chirping of birds.
